About
What I believe
I believe access to healthcare, compassionate education and financial empowerment are the keys to a more peaceful and equitable world
I look for opportunities to build new tables for those that have not been given a seat yet
I believe in radical truth & transparency in work and at home
I aim to find lessons in the toughest of situations
I don’t settle for “this is the way we’ve always done it”
My closest colleagues are those that I can laugh with
I watched my immigrant parents learn how to use their scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset to make the best life they could for me, I carry that mindset in my work everyday
I’m obsessed with learning new things (facts about our brains, business philosophies, language etymology, muscle strength, etc)
My ego is left at the door, but my authenticity is worn on my sleeve
I sweat the details and approach every problem by creating roadmaps for long term strategy
I believe we are more connected than divided
People I'm inspired by
One of my core values is celebrating and lifting up the people around me. I am endlessly grateful for the colleagues, mentors, and friends who have shaped how I lead and how I show up — in rooms I was invited into, and in the ones I helped build.
If you're doing work at the intersection of social impact, community, storytelling, or systems change and want to connect — reach out. I love making introductions.
