I'm Ella — Executive Director of Community Mindfulness Project, a nonprofit making mental health training accessible to under-resourced communities across Fairfield County, CT.
My path here wasn't a straight line. Nearly 20 years of building global partnerships with purpose driven teams at charity: water, Clinton Global Initiative, and TED, taught me how to scale what matters. But it was my own experience with anxiety, and the unexpected quiet of the pandemic, that showed me why it matters. Mindfulness changed my relationship with myself, and I've been working to make that kind of transformation available to everyone ever since.
As a fractional consultant, I partner with select nonprofits and mission-driven ventures when they're ready to grow: whether that means building strategic partnerships, unlocking funding, or sharpening how they tell their story. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing in a way that actually reaches people.
I'm a Redwood Fellow, an NYU Gallatin grad, and a mom of two daughters who keep life wonderfully joyful. As a lifelong New Yorker, I have proudly found our forever home with my husband and two daughters in Fairfield County, CT.
